Pet Policy
Avanti Cityside is a pet-friendly community! We welcome 2 dogs or cats per apartment home. The pet deposit is $300 along with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. No weight limit restrictions; however, aggressive breeds are prohibited.
